Exhibit Booth
Payable by check or credit card. Pharmacy & Technology Conference is an exhibit-based trade show. Associate/Supplier members must reserve a booth to attend. (Exceptions: trade press and manufacturer's agents working in a booth.)

Registration Instructions
Pharmacy & Technology Conference is an exhibit-based trade show. All Associate/Supplier participants must reserve a booth in order to attend. (Exceptions: trade press and manufacturer's agents working in a booth.)

Registrations received without either payment or complete information will not be accepted. Registration fees are not included in Booth Fees.

Fax and Mail
If you wish to fax your registration and pay by credit card, or if you intend to mail your registration and pay by check or credit card, please complete, then print the registration form. Make all checks payable to NACDS. Please complete one registration form per attendee.

Return your forms via the U.S. Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail. Other overnight delivery services cannot deliver to this address. Your registration fee includes all business and social activities.

Spouse/Companion Registration
Includes the Welcoming Reception, Closing Dinner, daily lunches, spouse program, all business programs and education sessions. Spouses assisting in booths must purchase a full registration.

Available to exhibitors and retailers only. When privacy is required, these 13' x 13' furnished private areas are perfect and facilitate the opportunity to conduct concurrent business meetings.
